西红柿炒菜花



材料:西红柿一个、菜花半棵、黄瓜半只、菜油、盐
Ingredients: one tomato, half cauliflower, cucumber, cooking oil, salt


做法 / Cooking method

1. 西红柿洗净切小块,菜花洗净掰成小块。
Wash and cut both tomato and cauliflower into small pieces.

2. 清炒的菜式要热锅热油,所以不用炝锅。油烧热以后下西红柿翻炒,炒到融,再下菜花,加盖焖一会儿,熟了之后加盐出锅装盘。
Heat up a bit cooking oil. Then add tomato into the frying fan, stir fry until it turns to creamy texture, then add cauliflower to cook, put on the lid until it’s well cooked then salt to serve.

3. 黄瓜切片摆盘作装饰,也可以用别的,只为了小孩子多一点吃菜的兴趣。
Slide and cut cucumber and put on the plate as a garnish veggie, in order to give a bit more inspiration to kids.
