雪梨西米冰糖水



材料:大西米(香芋味)、雪梨一个、冰糖(或黄冰糖)
Ingredients: sago (taro flavour), pear (William), crystal sugar (or rock sugar)

做法 / Cooking method

1. 大西米放在开水中煮5分钟,直至全部浮起来,捞起备用。
Put Sago in to boiling water to cook for 5 min until it floats in the pot,

2. 雪梨洗净去籽,切小块(带皮),放在冷水中煮开,再小火炖15分钟,加入冰糖和煮好的西米。
Wash and seed the pear with skin on, cut in to small pieces. Put pears in cold water to cook until it’s boiling, then turn to low heat to simmer for 15 min. Then add crystal sugar and cooker sago to serve.

提示:清肺止咳,加入西米更受小朋友的欢迎。
Tips: It’s good for clearing the lungs. Adding a bit sago makes it a favourite dessert for kids.
