核桃西芹


材料:西芹半棵、核桃数粒、菜油、盐少许
Ingredients: celery, walnut, cooking oil, salt


做法 / Cooking method

  1. 西芹洗净去叶,嫩叶可以吃,据说营养成分比茎还丰富,口感不太好。一定要斜刀斜短快,这样才能切断芹菜中的粗纤维,吃起来爽口,不会塞牙。
    Cut celery into slides with the knife of a 30 degree angle with the chopping board, to cut break the dietary fibers in it for a better “chewing experience”,
  2. 清炒的菜式要热锅热油,所以不用炝锅。油烧热以后下西芹,快速翻炒,颜色变成翠绿以后加核桃,盐出锅。
    Heat up a bit cooking oil. Then add celery into the frying fan, stir fry until the colour turns to sharp green, add walnut, then salt to serve.

Tips: 核桃可以换成腰果等其他坚果。/ Walnut can be replaced by cashew, almond or other type of nuts.
