烤蘑菇洋葱、刺猬馒头 – Pizza两吃



切好了蔬菜、发好了面,然后去接女儿放学。本来打算和她一起做皮萨的,但是她一口咬定要吃馒头,所以只好临时修改菜谱。无意中发现这种烤蔬菜原来很美味。


烤蘑菇洋葱


材料:新鲜蘑菇、紫洋葱、青椒、芦笋(Asparagus)、大蒜、橄榄油、番茄酱、盐

做法:

  • 蘑菇切片、紫洋葱切丝、青椒切丝、芦笋切小丁(应该切段,因为原本打算做皮萨的,所以切丁了)、大蒜切片,(图1
  • 上述材料加入橄榄油、番茄酱、盐拌匀,均匀摊在垫了锡纸的烤盘上,(图2
  • 烤箱180度烤12分钟。

刺猬馒头


材料:普通面粉、全麦面粉、酵母粉、绿豆、花豆

做法:

  • 普通面粉、全麦面粉各一半,酵母粉用温水调开,和成面团,
  • 面发开了,揉开做成馒头状,
  • 用厨房剪刀剪出刺猬身上的刺,
  • 绿豆作眼睛、花豆作嘴巴(图3)
  • 冷水上屉蒸20分钟出锅。

小的时候,姥姥经常在蒸馒头的时候给我们做小刺猬、小兔子等各种形状的馒头,很怀念……

Yes, they look quite the same. In fact, that's a kind of common steamed bun in north China. My grandma used to make all kind of different animals for us when we were young, hedgehogs, bunnies, etc.
